Trained as an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and Psychology & Philosophy teacher, I'm currently a PostDoc at the University for Continuing Education Krems, Austria. My research focuses on the design of technology-enhanced learning environments and on teachers' professional development regarding technology integration in the classroom.

I lead the Center for Digitalization in Lifelong Learnig. My research is on the use of technologies in continuing education and workplace learning and on learning analytics and AI in teacher professional development.
